Sarah Ossenfort, LCSW-R
Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Therapist, LCSW-R
Owner of Seasons of Change Counseling, LLC
My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, respect, and a genuine desire to understand each person's unique story. I believe that everyone is deserving of a space where they can voice their thoughts, fears, and aspirations without judgment. I am committed to fostering a compassionate and supportive environment where clients feel empowered to share their experiences and work towards becoming their best versions of themselves.
Women often face unique mental health challenges that can arise from various life stages and transitions. I am particularly interested in supporting women becoming mothers, struggling with postpartum symptoms, midlife hormonal changes, divorce, launching young adult children, relocations, and making big decisions around personal and professional growth.

My approach is real, culturally grounded, and rooted in compassion—creating space for clients to feel seen, heard, and safe enough to heal at their own pace. My work focuses on helping clients reconnect with themselves, build emotional resilience, and move forward with clarity, confidence, and self-trust.
